Missed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make up to two additional attempts. After three failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.
To re-ship your order, you can request it through our support team, though additional shipping fees may apply. To ensure a successful delivery, please provide accurate address details and ensure someone is available to receive the package.
Handling Damaged or Lost Orders
